Refund Policy
Draft — owner review required. Final refund wording, contact address and cancellation-rights statement must be confirmed by the owner before public checkout goes live.
Instant digital downloads
Because files are delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day cooling-off right for digital content is waived once the download starts, where you agree to that at checkout. If a file is faulty, incomplete or does not match its description, contact us and we will fix it or refund it in full.
Remote Car Care Plan
Cancel any time before the plan is written and you receive a full refund. Once the written plan has been sent, the work has been carried out and it is not refundable — unless the plan was not delivered or is materially different from what was described.
Gift vouchers
Unused vouchers can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. After that they remain valid for 12 months from issue but are not exchangeable for cash. If a service cannot be delivered because access, weather or vehicle condition make it unsuitable, the voucher value stays available for another booking.
Detailing services
Bookings can be moved or cancelled by agreement. Deposits, where taken, are applied to the final quoted price. Prices are provisional and confirmed after inspection.
How to request a refund
Contact CherniiR Polish & Detailing through the contact page with your order reference and what went wrong. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
