Paint correction & ceramic protection for tired paint
Mobile machine polishing and ceramic protection across Swords and North Dublin. We come to your home or workplace. From €850 for a two-step polish, subject to inspection.
Prices are provisional and depend on vehicle size, condition, required work, access and inspection.
How the work is done
1. Photo review
You send a few photos of the paint in daylight. Roman reviews condition and defect depth before quoting.
2. Safe wash and decontamination
Pre-rinse, snow foam, two-bucket contact wash, then chemical and mechanical decontamination of the paint.
3. Machine polishing
A one-step or two-step machine polish depending on the paint. The two-step adds a cutting stage followed by a refining stage.
4. Panel wipe and protection
Paint is wiped down and either sealed or, where booked, coated with a professional ceramic coating.
5. Handover and aftercare
Trim, glass and wheels finished, then written aftercare guidance for the first weeks of curing and washing.
What's needed on the day
- A safe private driveway or work area with room to walk around the car
- Access to mains electricity
- Access to outdoor water for the wash stage
- A covered area or suitable dry weather — polishing and coating are weather-sensitive

Honest outcomes
- Gloss and clarity are improved and light swirls and surface defects are reduced.
- Deeper scratches, stone chips, dents or damaged paint can remain visible and may require body-shop repair.
- How much can be corrected depends on paint condition, paint thickness and defect depth.
- Ceramic protection makes washing easier and adds durability — it does not make paint scratch-proof.
- Nothing here is a guarantee of a defect-free finish. What is realistic is confirmed at inspection.
